During your first visit, Charmaine learns who you are and how she can help your condition. Treatment will be included. You will receive a home program specially designed for you.

Follow-up Physical Therapy Visit (60 min.) - $200
All subsequent visits after receiving your Initial Evaluation, including treatment and maintenance.

Telehealth:
Initial visits $250
Follow up visits $200

Home Health:
