Be Well Therapy is out of network to all insurances. A payment receipt is issued to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your out of network deductible, how much you've met, and your individual benefit. We find that getting a health savings account (HSA) is very helpful.

 

Payment is due at the conclusion of your appointment. Due to Covid-19, non-contact payment is implemented. We accept credit card and advance payment via Venmo (@Charmaine-Clamor).
