ABOUT US
Charmaine Clamor has been a licensed physical therapist since 2000, with experience in acute, ICU, inpatient, neurology, rehab, outpatient, aquatic, women's health, pediatrics and home health. The supervisor of an outpatient orthopedic facility in downtown Los Angeles for seven years, Charmaine focuses on women's health, particularly pelvic floor rehabilitation. She takes pride in her holistic approach, advocating for non-invasive treatments that encourage the body to heal organically and naturally.
Charmaine has always been a unique physical therapist; she is also a celebrated vocal performing artist. This innate musicality results in heightened listening, deeper connections with clients, and an ability to turn physical therapy into an expression of art. In 2010, while touring the world, Charmaine faced her own pelvic floor challenges, as well as multiple allergies, digestive problems and hormonal imbalances. From her own extensive research and highly selected healthcare partners, she recovered successfully. These experiences, along with visceral (organ) manipulation, energy healing (Reiki), functional nutrition, mind and body connection, fascia work, movement impairment analysis, form her treatment approach -- which, when combined with evidence-based medicine, results in a powerful program.
